To measure the size, zeta potential/surface charge, fluorescence and concentration of sub-micron particles within the size range of 10nm-1000nm with fluorescence and non-fluorescence modes.

  • Size: 10nm-1000nm
  • Zeta potential: -500 to +500mV
  • Concentration: 105 – 109 particles/ml
  • Fluorescence: @520 nm: 550 nm
  • Useful to characterize nanoparticle and novel drug formulations in nanomedicines
  • Useful for extracellular vesicle research-Exosomes, microvesicles, etc
  • Fluorescence marker analysis in exosomes from clinical and non-clinical liquid biopsies.
